Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, please contact us immediately at zshmjj8@gmail.com so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

Non-returnable Items
These types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items. Most of the products in our store are custom-made products. We only start production after you place an order, so once the order is confirmed, we will arrange production. We will not accept cancellations in the middle of the process, and we will not accept returns or refunds for products that have been produced. Exchanges
After receiving the goods, if you find that it is our production error, you can request an exchange. We will re-produce a new item and express it to you after confirming that it is our error.

Refunds
If it is a returnable product, we will receive it from you and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company will also take some time to process and post the refund.
