Shipping Policy
We value each and every one of our customers. Our priority is to ensure that the merchandise is delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Once you purchase, we will immediately customize your Motorized Roller Shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 6-10 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Time
We offer free shipping to the US and worldwide via UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 5 to 10 business days to reach their destination.
Note: Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address. Express Delivery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a PO Box is provided, your order will be shipped via Express Delivery, which typically takes 8–15 business days for delivery.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time = (Processing time varies depending on the item you are purchasing.)
